The Bodacious Design Process

Step 1. Book an Estimate and Get a Quote

 

Here at Bodacious we provide FREE in home estimates so that we can always get your quote as close to the actual number as possible. Your first step would be to call us at 780-418-1045 or email us at info@bodbath.com and request us to come out and look at your home. This is the same process for all renovations - kitchen, bathroom, or whole home renovations.

 

After one of our estimators comes out we will prepare a quote for you. Quotes typically take anywhere from 1 - 3 days to complete, however if it is a rush, we are always happy to accommodate.

 

Next,  we will go over your quote with you. If it is a bathroom or kitchen renovation, products will be discussed. If the quote is for a home renovation, other details will be discussed and all of your questions answered.

 

If you decide to go ahead with your bathroom or kitchen renovation then you will move on to Step 2.

 

Step 2. Pick Out Products and Book your Renovation

 

When you decide to go ahead with your bathroom or kitchen renovation we will ask you what kind of space you envision so that we can work with you to create the room of your dreams. If there is a tight budget, rest assured that we will take that budget into consideration when discussing products. We understand that money can be tight and we want nothing more then to give you a beautiful new room without breaking your pocket book.

 

The design process can seem daunting as you pick all of your products. We are here to help and will happily suggest product pairings that look good together so you don't have to stress. As always we will happily answer any questions.

 

Once you have picked out your products and the quote is finalized we will book you in for your renovation. At that time we require a deposit in order to secure your spot.

Step 3. Focus on What's Most Important to you and Let us Do the Rest!
 

Typically you will receive a call a few days before your renovation is to start just to confirm that you are ready for us, that you have or will have any breakables removed from the area, and that your products are all in stock and we are ready to go!

 

Once we start, the first couple of days are dedicated to delivering the products and demolishing the old space. From there we begin to prep the new space. That could mean pouring some cement, hanging new drywall or special water resistant board, even building a new wall. After the prep is done then the products will begin to be installed. The tile will be one of the last things to go in. Finally, once all the work is done we will do the final touch ups. Call backs for caulking or other minor issues are COMMON. Please don't hesitate to call us if you think something needs touching up. When all touch ups are done, then you will be invoiced and payment is due upon invoicing.
